- Will I be charged a shipping fee?
We do not charge any shipping fees for deliveries within the EU.
- How is my order shipped?
All our orders are shipped by parcel post. When your order leaves our showroom, we will e-mail you a tracking number and a link to the parcel post service’s website so you can track your shipment.
- How is my order packed?
We always gift-wrap your order in a pretty box, even if you ordered the fur scarf for yourself. Because it’s always a joy to open a pretty box. The gift box is packed in a neutral brown, cardboard box for shipment to ensure the gift box is not damaged. And if the order is not for you, it makes your life easier as you can present a beautifully-wrapped gift to the happy new owner.
- Can I have my order shipped to another shipping address than my home address?
Yes, you can. Simply tick this option on the order form.
- What happens if I'm not at home when my parcel arrives?
If you are not home, the parcel post service will try to deliver the parcel again the next day. If you are not at home the next day, the parcel delivery service will leave you a message, explaining where you can collect your parcel within five days before it is returned to us.
We recommend choosing a delivery address where there is always someone on hand to receive the parcel.
- Can I collect my parcel directly from you?
Yes, you can. Just tick this option when ordering. We will contact you when your order is ready if you have chosen to collect your order from our showroom in Kortenberg.
